There are thousands of internet users asking for solution on the “Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error” that shows up every time they are connecting to the Internet.
So how will you solve this problem?
If your connection has Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error, then you are maybe experiencing these:

Start Internet Explorer
Click [Tools]
Select Internet Options

Highlight the BTopenworld connection and click [Settings]

Check that ‘Use a proxy server…’ and ‘Use automatic configuration script’ options do not have ticks next to them. (If they do, untick them).

Click [OK]

Close Internet Explorer, then restart it.

What i did was to boot the Windows OS disc then chose repair.
It will prompt you to restart as soon as the repaird procedure is through.
After restarting the OS the browsing problem was fixed!

I was getting this error when i used to load a web site in Google chrome. I tried to clear caches and cookies. How it will resolve in Chrome? need to reinstall the browser itself?
