When it comes to architecture, Korean houses are fascinating! Hanok, their traditional houses, are environment-friendly establishments. They were built with materials readily available in nature, such as wood, earth, stone, straw, clay (for ceramic roof tiles) and paper.
There are two major types of Hanok. First are Giwajip. These houses are with tiled roofs. These are occupied by nobility. The second one are the Chogajip. These are houses with straw-thatched roofs inhabited by peasantry.
Have you had any experience of visiting or sleeping at any Korean traditional house? Well,it is so exciting to stay there! I wont forget my stay.
