I need everyones help! Those blogger who are skilled in installing and maintaining their WordPress blog, please help me.

This blog is created recently and since this is my first time to use WordPress as my CMS, I really don’t know anything. That’s why I keep on asking other bloggers: “What plugins should I install here?“

I read some of their tutorials and found out that using “Add Meta Tags”, “Google XML Sitemaps”, “WP Super Cache” and “Login LockDown” plugins would be better. But the problem is “I don’t know how to use those!” Waaa! Please help me about each settings and configurations.
